A holistic approach to therapy
My holistic approach to therapy integrates mind, body, and heart, recognizing that emotional patterns are shaped by past experiences, conditioning, and protective beliefs held in both the psyche and the nervous system. I draw from neuroscience and depth-oriented psychotherapy to understand how early wounds continue to shape present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
In our work together, we gently bring awareness to what is happening in the present moment while also making space for the past, allowing old patterns and beliefs to be understood rather than repeated. From this place of awareness, new experiences and ways of relating can emerge, supporting lasting emotional and nervous system change. Therapy becomes a process of integration—where insight, somatic experience, and compassion come together to support transformation and a more grounded sense of self.
