Holistic Therapy in Los Angeles
Hi, I’m Sam - welcome to my practice.
I work with highly sensitive people and young adults who feel deeply, think deeply, and want to feel more grounded, authentic, and at home within themselves.
I offer holistic psychotherapy in Los Angeles, with in-person sessions in West Los Angeles—serving clients in Venice, Mar Vista, Santa Monica, Culver City, and Marina del Rey—as well as virtual therapy throughout California
A gentle, somatic, and trauma-informed approach
My approach to therapy is gentle, holistic, and trauma-informed. I integrate psychodynamic depth therapy with somatic work, mindfulness, self-compassion, and nervous system awareness to support healing on multiple levels.
I draw from approaches including Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, inner child work, and attachment-based therapy. Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns, emotions, and protective strategies that may no longer be serving you—while building greater compassion, connection, and safety within yourself.

Depth-oriented therapy for highly sensitive people
You may be a highly sensitive person who feels emotions deeply, thinks deeply, and carries a strong awareness of others and the world around you. At times, this sensitivity can lead to overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, or difficulty feeling grounded.
You can also carry the impact of trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression, noticing how painful experiences continue to live in your body and relationships. Many people find themselves caught in patterns of perfectionism or feeling like parts of them are “too much” or “not enough.”
Therapy can become a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a more compassionate relationship with the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or not enough.
In our work together, all of these parts are welcome—including your creativity and spirituality, if they feel meaningful to your healing. I see therapy as a process of getting to know the parts of you that may have been pushed aside or hidden—the parts that can feel unlovable, overwhelmed, or hard to face.
Together, we work to build a more compassionate and nurturing relationship with these parts, so you can begin to respond to triggers with greater understanding, care, and choice rather than self-criticism.
My approach
I see therapy as a collaborative and relational process rooted in curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels manageable and supportive, creating space for deeper understanding, healing, and change to emerge over time.
My work integrates mind, body, and nervous system awareness, recognizing that many emotional patterns are shaped not only by thoughts, but also by lived experiences held in the body.
